a.) I know the public relations main goal is to enhance a company's reputation. It's about building a positive relationship with your client. They can be seen as a reputation collector. Public relations let the media and public a better understanding of how the company works.
b.) The information covered in the last class will help me because I now have a better understanding of how to take notes, and the type of questions to ask. I also learned how to stay on task with my news release and keep everything simple and to the point.
c.) So far, everything is going right in our team. We have everyone's contact information and are establishing which members each of us will be interviewing.
d.) I am growing as a practitioner more now because I am starting to take on work that PR specialists are doing. Learning about news releases and taking the work on by myself is definitely going to give me an edge. Doing the independent work will definitely be an experience that will pay off. I am also learning more background knowledge in the field.
